Seren Clinic Terms Of Service
Last updated: 06/07/26
These terms apply to all consultations and treatments booked with Seren Medical Aesthetics ("Seren", "we", "us"). By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Consultations
-
A consultation costs £75 in total. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
-
The full £75 consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of any treatment you go ahead with.
-
Consultations last 45 minutes and are led by Dr Sarah Ajam, MRCGP.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
-
You can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
-
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will result in your deposit being non-refundable.
3. Treatments
-
We offer anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler only.
-
Treatment is only carried out following a consultation, where Dr Sarah will assess your suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
-
A patch test is not required before treatment.
-
Once treatment has been administered, it is non-refundable.
-
As with any medical treatment, individual results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
4. Age requirement
In line with UK law, we only provide anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments to patients aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested.
5. Consent
Before any treatment, you will be asked to give informed consent, having had the opportunity to discuss the treatment, its risks, and alternatives with Dr Sarah.
6. Bookings
Bookings are managed through our booking system, Pabau. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and health information.
7. Complaints
If you're unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us directly using the details on our website so we can address your concerns.
8. Liability
We carry appropriate medical indemnity insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent update date is shown at the top.
