Health and medical data is processed with your explicit consent, since it's necessary to assess your suitability for treatment and provide safe care. Booking and payment data is processed to deliver the service you've asked for. Marketing is only ever sent with your consent.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We use Pabau as our booking and clinic management system, which securely stores your booking, contact, and treatment information on our behalf. We may also share data with regulatory bodies such as the General Medical Council or Care Quality Commission where required by law.
5. Cookies
Our website only uses essential cookies needed for the site to function correctly. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
6. Data retention

Clinical and treatment records are kept for a minimum of 10 years from your last treatment, in line with standard medical record-keeping practice for cosmetic procedures

Financial records are kept for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements

7. Age restrictions
In line with UK law, we do not provide cosmetic anti-wrinkle or dermal filler treatments to anyone under 18.
